The antique mall with the funny name
The “Knot” was originally nestled in the heart of Downtown selling antiques in a re-purposed feed store. When the store moved from Main Street to its present location in 2003, it delightedly opened its doors under a new moniker as well. Thus, Knot on Main Street’s name is both a nod to Dunedin’s Celtic history as well as a play on the words, “Not on Main Street.”

Beta Alpha Pi, BAP, the Clearwater Beta Alpha Pi Chapter of Phi Beta Psi Sorority, is a female civic organization that raises money to give yearly grants to doctors working in the field of Cancer Research studying new methods of fighting cancer. Most of the money for these grants is earned through chapter projects such as their charity booth at Knot on Main Street.
Royal Potcake Rescue, RPR, joined the Knot in 2020. RPR sponsors spay/neuter clinics in Abaco, Bahamas, partners with the Abaco Shelter, and places dogs and puppies in their forever homes.
